On 22 September 2008, Vic Gysin exercised 8,119 approved and 26,881 unapproved
options granted under The Capita Group Plc 1997 Executive Share Option Scheme.
The exercise price for the options was £3.695 for the 8,119 approved shares and
£2.735 for 20,000 and £3.695 for 6881 the unapproved shares. All resulting
shares were sold for £7.2906 per share.

Approved and unapproved options exercised: 15,000 and 20,000 at £3.695 and £
2.735 respectively; all resulting shares were sold immediately at £7.2906 per
