Further to our announcement on 30 June 2015, Carolyn Fairbairn, Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board of Capita plc today to take up her new position at the CBI.

For the period from 28 October until 30 November Martin Bolland will become interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee, with John Cresswell taking over from 1 December 2015.
