27 April 2011 Shareholders approve Capita's acquisition of health and government divisions of Tribal Group Tribal shareholders have approved the acquisition, by the Capita Group Plc (`Capita'), of the health and government divisions of Tribal Group Plc (`Tribal') and the acquisition has now completed. The cash consideration of £15.8 million on a cash-free, debt free basis for the acquisition includes a deferred consideration of up to £2.5 million.
