Voting Rights and Capital

 

The Board of Directors of Investec Structured Products Calculus VCT plc (the
"Company") wishes to announce the redemption of 5,000,000 redeemable shares
held by Investec Structured Products, an investment manager of the Company, on
29 June 2010 at 1p per redeemable share.

Following the redemption, the issued share capital and total voting rights of
the Company are as follows:

The above total number of voting rights should be used by shareholders as the
denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required
