Investec Structured Products Calculus VCT plc ("Company")
The Company has been advised that as, a result of a change in the total voting
rights of the Company, the interest of Mr Michael O'Higgins, a Director of the
Company, in 205,500 ordinary 1p shares now represents 4.88% of the Company's
total voting rights.
