PDMR Share option exercise and sale

PDMR Share Interests                              

Bodycote announces that Mr Martyn Wilton, PDMR in respect of Bodycote's North
American Thermal Processing operations, today exercised 42,780 share options
granted in 2002 at 125.76p and sold 44,780 shares at 290.75p on the same day.

Following the sale Mr Wilton's beneficial share interests comprise 50,127
shares registered in his own name.

In addition Mr Wilton has 205,386 options over ordinary shares exercisable
between 20 May 2000 and 15 September 2013 at prices between 203p and 371p.
