PDMR Share Interests
Bodycote also announces that on 23 April 2008 Mr Michael Hallas, PDMR in
respect of Bodycote's Northern European Thermal Processing operations,
exercised 21,390 share options granted in 2001 at 203.37p.
Following the exercise Mr Hallas' beneficial share interests comprise 236,707
shares.
