Lonmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond ("LD Pensions"), the Danish State Pension Fund,
notified the company on 10 February 2009 that it held voting rights in respect
of 6,585,747 shares of Bodycote plc representing 3.52% of Bodycote's issued
share capital.
