Lonmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond ("LD Pensions"), the Danish State Pension Fund,
notified the company on 5 October 2010 that it held voting rights in respect of
4,755,361 shares of Bodycote plc representing 2.51% of Bodycote's issued share
capital (3.52% as at 10 February 2009) and that accordingly it no longer had a
notifiable interest.
