HSBC voting rights now 7.51%

HSBC Holdings Plc notified the company on 10 September that as of 9 September
2008 it held voting rights in respect of 24,172,805 shares in the capital of
the company which represents 7.51% of the total voting rights in Bodycote plc
as at that date (6.27% on 8 September 2008).
