Franklin Resources Inc. of San Mateo, California (on behalf of itself, Franklin
Mutual Advisers, LLC and Templeton Worldwide Inc.) notified the company after
close of business on 26 September 2005 that it had decreased its material
interest to a holding of 18,251,681 shares in the company representing 5.68% of
the share capital of the company (6.02% on 3 June 2005).
