Franklin Resources increase interest to 5.03%

Franklin Resources Inc. of San Mateo, California (on behalf of itself, Franklin
Mutual Advisers, LLC and Templeton Worldwide Inc.) notified the company after
close of business on 12 March 2004 that it had increased its material interest
to a holding of 12,914,062 shares in the company representing 5.03% of the
issued and fully paid share capital.
