Employment benefit trust increases holding

Bodycote International plc announces that Lloyds TSB Offshore Trust Company
Limited, as trustee of the Bodycote Employee Benefit Trust, in which all
executive directors and employees are potentially interested, purchased 150,000
shares at 278.7p on 21 June 2007. The trust now holds 1,687,926 Bodycote
shares.
