Employee Benefit Trust - correction

The Company was notified on 8 June 2005 that the trustees of the Bodycote
International plc Employee Benefit Trust now hold 24,464 ordinary 10 pence
shares in the Company pursuant to the rules of the Deferred Share Bonus Plan
for the benefit of director David Landless and not 24,646 shares as previously
notified on 1 April 2005.
