Exercise of Options

 

On 27 November 2012, the Company was notified that D McCurdy, a
PDMR, had exercised  share options over 16,042 ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2003 share option scheme at
an exercise price of GBP1.4727 per share.

Following this transaction, D McCurdy's interest increased to 126,619
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
