Acquisition of Shares

 

On 7 November 2012, the Company was notified that A Thomson, a director and
PDMR, had acquired  336 share of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") under the Capita Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a share price
of GBP3.787.

Following this transaction, A Thomson's interest increased to 32,588
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
