Bodycote plc (the `Company') announces that on 20 May 2011 it was notified by
the trustees of the Bodycote Employee Benefit Trust that the following PDMRs/
director had completed the purchase of shares in connection with the rules of
the Bodycote Co-Investment Plan ("CIP"). A separate notification will be made
once Matching Shares have been awarded.
