Directors' and PDMRs' share interests

Bodycote announces that on 3 March 2008 the following initial conditional share
awards were made under the Bodycote Incentive Plan which was approved by       
shareholders at the AGM in May 2006. These awards comprise rights to acquire   
Bodycote shares at nil cost and will vest in March 2011 subject to the relevant
