In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, the Company advises
that it has been notified on 18 September 2013 that Eva Lindqvist,
Non-Executive Director, resigned as a Non-Executive Director of Transmode
Holding AB on 15 April 2013, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Sweco
AB with effect from 17 April 2013 and was appointed as Non-Executive Director
of Caverion Oy on 17 June 2013.
