In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has been notified that Alan Thomson, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Bodycote plc, will join the Board of Oxford Instruments plc as Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate with effect of 1 June 2016.
