In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, the Company advises
that it has been notified on 16 April 2014 that Alan Thomson, Non-Executive
Chairman of Bodycote plc, is continuing with his existing role as Chairman of
Polypipe, albeit that Polypipe Group PLC is now a publicly quoted company.
