Aberforth voting rights now 4.97%

Aberforth Partners LLP notified the company on 30 March that as of 29 March
2010 it held voting rights in respect of 9,358,948 shares in the capital of the
company which represents 4.97% of the total voting rights in Bodycote plc as at
that date (previously 5.03% on 13 August 2009).
