Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trust Nos 1-10 plc advises
that the Special Resolution to wind up the Company proposed at its General
Meeting held today at 12:00pm did not pass on a show of hands. Resolution 1 was
defeated as a Special Resolution and is reported in accordance with the Listing
Rule 9.6.18. Resolutions 2 & 3 were withdrawn.

NOTES:

1. The current issued share capital of the company is 13,667,700

2. Where shareholders have appointed the Chairman of the meeting as their
   proxy, with discretion as to voting, those votes have been cast
   against Resolution 1.

3. A vote "withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
   calculation of the votes "for" and "against" a resolution.
