Blue Planet Investment Advisers Ltd announces that at close of business on the
07 May 2010 the unaudited undiluted Net Asset Value (Cum-income) for the above
trusts, was 103.60 pence per unit. Investment values are calculated using BID
prices.

This is equivalent to 10.36 pence per share for each of the ten identical
trusts.

DILUTED NAV at 07 May 2010.

Blue Planet Investment Advisers Ltd announces that at close of business on the
07 May 2010 the unaudited diluted Net Asset Value (Cum-income) for the above
trusts, was 103.00 pence per unit. Investment values are calculated using BID
prices.

This is equivalent to 10.30 pence per share for each of the ten identical
trusts.

The closing share price at BID on the London Stock Exchange on that date was
88.00 pence per unit.

A unit comprises ten shares, one share in each of the Blue Planet Financials
Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10.
