Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the announcement made on 9 October 2014 in respect of the sale of
7,400 ordinary shares in the Company by the husband of Mrs Judith Mosely, a
director of the Company, it has now been confirmed that this transaction has
been cancelled and the husband of Mrs Mosely continues to have an interest in
7,400 ordinary shares in the Company. The decision to sell the shares was taken
by a discretionary manager and neither Mrs Mosely nor her husband had any prior
knowledge of the transaction.
