Total Voting Rights

 

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we
would like to notify the market of the following:

 

The Throgmorton Trust PLC's share capital consists of 160,580,869 Ordinary 5p
shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share). The company
has no shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in The
Throgmorton Trust PLC is 160,580,869.

 

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are
required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, The
Throgmorton Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
