BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust plc (the "Company") announces under Listing Rule 9.6.14 that Mrs Gillian Nott, who is a non-executive Director of BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust plc has been appointed to the Board of PEWT Securities 2020 PLC with effect from 21 March 2016.
