Further to the 5% tender offer in March this year the Directors announce that
they have decided not to implement a semi-annual tender offer in September 2013. 

The Board has decided to conduct a review of its policy of implementing tender
offers to ascertain whether the current approach best suits the objectives of
the Company and its shareholders. The conclusion will be communicated to
shareholders by 31 August 2013 at the latest.
