Chairman of the Audit Committee

The Board announces that with effect from 17 November 2010, Mr Antonio Monteiro
de Castro was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr Antonio Monteiro de Castro succeeds Mr Peter Burnell who remains the
Chairman of the Company.
