Retirement of Director:

Mrs Béatrice Philippe will retire as a Director with effect from 30 November
2011. Mrs Philippe joined the Board at the formation of the Company seven years
ago and the Board wishes to express its thanks and appreciation for all her
helpful advice and enthusiasm over this period.

Appointment of Director:

The Board is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ms Davina Curling as a non
executive director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2011. Ms Curling
has over 20 years' experience of investment management most recently as
Managing Director and Head of Pan European Equities at Russell Investments.
Prior to this she was Head of European Equities at F&C, ISIS, Royal &
SunAlliance and Nikko Capital Management (UK). She is also a non executive
director of Invesco Income Growth Trust plc.

Ms Curling currently has no interest in the share capital of the Company.

There are no further details or disclosures required under Section 9.6.13R
(1-6) of the Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.
