TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("the Rules"),
the Company would like to notify the market that following admission of the new
Ordinary Shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange on 2 November 2010 the Company's issued capital comprises 90,508,000
ordinary shares of £0.01 each.

Shareholders should use 90,508,000 as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
