Following the announcement that UBS Limited will be withdrawing from the UK and
European Listed Investment Funds business, the Board of BlackRock Commodities
Income Investment Trust plc announces that JPMorgan Cazenove Limited will act
as the Company's sole corporate broker with immediate effect.
