BlackRock Commodities Income Investment Trust plc - Listing Rule 15.5.1(4)

In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4), BlackRock Commodities Income
Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is satisfied that
all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have
leading up to the announcement of the annual results for the year ended
30 November 2011, has previously been and will continue to be notified
to a Regulated Information Service.  Therefore, the dealings referred to
in Listing Rule 15.5.1(3) are permitted.
