In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4), the Directors of BlackRock
Commodities Income Investment Trust plc confirm that they are satisfied that
all inside information, which the Directors and BlackRock Commodities Income
Investment Trust plc have leading up to the announcement of the half yearly
financial results for the period ended 31 May 2010, has been notified to a
Regulated Information Service.
