SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION

2 APRIL 2013

The Company has received notification that SpringHill Bioventures Sdn Bhd
("SpringHill") sold 35,000 ordinary shares in Bioventix plc on 21 and 22 March
2013 respectively. As a result SpringHill now holds 2,295,000 ordinary shares
representing 45.7% of the issued share capital.
