SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION

5 DECEMBER 2012

The Company has received notification that SpringHill Bioventures Sdn Bhd
("SpringHill") sold 1,075,000 ordinary shares in Bioventix plc on 29 November
2012. As a result SpringHill now holds 2,425,000 ordinary shares representing
48.3% of the issued share capital.
