SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION

11 JANUARY 2013

The Company has received notification that SpringHill Bioventures Sdn Bhd
("SpringHill") sold 95,000 ordinary shares in Bioventix plc on 17 December
2012. As a result SpringHill now holds 2,330,000 ordinary shares representing
46.4% of the issued share capital.
