                        Declaration of Interim Dividend                        

The Board of Bioventix plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce a second
interim dividend of 6p per Ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June
2010.

The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 18 August 2010 and the dividend will
be paid on 25 August 2010 to shareholders on the register at close of business
on 20 August 2010.
