CHANGE OF DIRECTOR

4 JANAURY 2012

Bioventix plc announces that Tim Cowper has left the Board with immediate
effect and that Treena Turner has been appointed as Finance Director.

Treena is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a partner with Wise & Co.
where she advises clients of all sizes and from a variety of business sectors.
 Treena has worked closely with Bioventix since the time of the management
buy-out from KS Biomedix Limited in 2003.

Peter Harrison, CEO commented: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank
Tim for his contribution to the Company over the last two years and wish him
every success in the future. I am delighted that Treena has accepted the
invitation to join the Board and strengthen the excellent relationship she has
had with Bioventix over many years."

Treena Turner is currently a partner of Wise & Co and a director of Firmvalue
Payrolls Limited.  There is no additional information to be disclosed pursuant
to Rule 71 and paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 of the PLUS Rules for Issuers.
