The Company announces that it was notified on 22 August 2007 that on the same
day City Equities Ltd acquired 8,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company
equating to 10.73%. On the same day City Equities Ltd placed these shares with
certain of their customers and therefore City Equities no longer holds a
notifiable stake in the Company.
