Block Listing Top Up and TVR Update

BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC (the "Company")

BLOCK LISTING TOP UP AND TVR UPDATE

The Company announces that it has, today, applied to the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange for the block listing of a further 40,000 Ordinary Shares
of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary
shares.  This application is  the second top up to the  block listing
application announced on 8th March  2007 pursuant to the Company's Employee
Share Option Scheme.

 

The Company also announces, following allocations made under this block
listing, that the total number of shares in issue and Total Voting Rights are
now 81,202,819.

 

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury and, therefore the above
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in the Company.
