The Company announces that it has applied to the AIM Market of the London Stock
Exchange for the admission to trading of 254,548 Ordinary Shares of 5p in the
company.  These shares are being issued at a price of £1.4732 per share in
connection with recent acquisition of the insolvency division of Bartfields
(UK) Limited. 

The shares are expected to trade on Tuesday 13th November and the Total Voting
Rights and total number of shares in issue, following admission, will be
81,166,839.
