Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base") wishes to advise that it has
received notification from substantial shareholder, Sustainable Capital Ltd,
advising that it currently holds an interest in 70,590,522 ordinary shares in
Base representing 12.52% of the Company's issued share capital, following the
acquisition of 13,000,000 ordinary shares on 5 March 2015.
