Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base") wishes to advise that it has
received notification from significant shareholder, Sustainable Capital Ltd,
advising that it currently holds an interest in 46,851,801 ordinary shares in
Base representing 8.34% of the Company's issued share capital, following the
acquisition of 16,803,866 ordinary shares between 28 November 2014 and 8
December 2014.
