Baronsmead VCT 3 Plc ("the Company") announces pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14
(2), that Ian Orrock, a Director of the Company, has resigned as a Director of
Henderson Private Equity Investment Trust Plc, with effect from 27 June 2013.
