The Company's Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2007 containing a
notice convening an Annual General Meeting of the Company (together with a Form
of Proxy for use by shareholders) to be held on 15 January 2008 at 2.30 p.m. at
155 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3XY, will be posted to shareholders today.

A copy of the Annual Report will be available for inspection shortly at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility situated at The Financial
Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
