The Company has been notified that Mr Michael Moule, a Director of the Company, has today purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of the Company for inclusion in an ISA, at a price of £7.1404 per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Michael Moule now has an interest in 9,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.021% of the total voting rights.
