In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 15.5.1(4)R, the Company today announces that all inside information which the Directors and the Company had to the date of this announcement has previously been notified to a Regulatory Information Service. Accordingly, the Company need not comply with the close period provisions of the Model Code in relation to the Company’s ordinary shares during the period prior to the announcement of its Half-Yearly Report to 31 March 2016.
