Marketing Up-date

On 21^st April 2016 the Board announced that AIRC (the Company’s Tokyo-based investment adviser) and Tiburon Partners LLP (the Company’s London-based investment manager) had committed to a closer day-to-day working relationship with the objective of achieving more proactive and effective communication with shareholders and marketing of the Company to potential new investors.

In order to facilitate this closer working relationship, by mutual agreement of all concerned parties, Tiburon Partners LLP has replaced Aravis Partners LLP as the marketing agent for the Company with effect from 1^st June 2016.
