                          PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN 2004                          

Following the vesting of 145,192 shares on 30 October 2007 under the Company's
Performance Share Plan, Mr Sat Dhaiwal, on 5 November 2007, transferred
61,660 shares at 104.75p per share to the Employee Share Option Trust in
settlement of his tax liability in respect of the vesting.

Mr Dhaiwal continues to hold the balance of the vested shares and his
beneficial holding is 302,747 ordinary shares (0.05% of the Company's issued
share capital).

Additionally Mr Dhaiwal conditionally holds 201,481 shares under the Company's
Performance Share Plan
